With nearly four years of experience recruiting across Western Australia's real estate sector, I recently joined CAST Recruitment to continue specialising in residential and strata recruitment.

Early in my career, I worked closely with candidates, guiding them through their job search and helping them secure roles aligned with their goals. That experience shaped my people-first approach and gave me a strong understanding of what professional's value when making career decisions.

Today, I work as part of a collaborative team to partner with residential and strata businesses, gaining a deep understanding of their culture, and workforce needs. Together, we identify and connect organisations with high-calibre professionals who can support and drive business success.
